OSI-CAN Peer Support Group - Medicine Hat
OSI-CAN Peer Support Group - Medicine Hat
Trevor helps co-facilitate the Medicine Hat OSI-CAN Peer Support Group, part of a province-wide initiative offering free, confidential support for military, veterans, and public safety personnel (police, fire, EMS, corrections, healthcare workers) living with operational stress injuries (OSI) or post-traumatic stress injury (PTSI).
You don’t need a diagnosis to attend—just the courage to show up. This group provides a safe, non-judgmental space where members can connect with others who truly understand the challenges, and gain tools, resources, and encouragement rooted in lived experience.
Medicine Hat Group Details:
📍 Held at the Psynergy Centre
🗓️ 2nd Tuesday of every month at 2:00 PM
