Your thoughts, emotions, and physical well-being are deeply connected, shaping how you experience life and relationships. In individual and couples counseling, you will explore this mind-body connection to uncover patterns, heal emotional wounds, and build healthier ways of thinking and relating. Stress, anxiety, and past experiences often manifest in both your mind and body, impacting how you engage with yourself and others. Through a holistic approach, Trevor will help you develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and deeper connections. Whether you're seeking personal growth or stronger relationships, this work can create lasting change from the inside out.
The journey through adolescence is one of exploration, growth, and self-discovery. As teens navigate their identities, beliefs, and sense of belonging, they often face stress, overwhelming emotions, and external pressures. Because the mind and body are deeply connected, struggles with anxiety, self-doubt, or mood changes can affect both mental and physical well-being. Trevor provides a supportive space where teens can explore their experiences, build self-awareness, and develop resilience. Rather than offering quick fixes, his approach focuses on planting seeds of change—introducing tools and skills that teens can carry with them and use when they’re ready. By fostering emotional regulation, confidence, and healthy coping strategies, he helps them lay the foundation for a more balanced and fulfilling future.
Group counseling offers a powerful space to learn new skills, build meaningful connections, and find support within a community of people who truly understand your experiences. It provides an opportunity to develop emotional regulation strategies, share challenges, and grow alongside others facing similar struggles—all while being a more affordable alternative to individual therapy. Trevor collaborates with other practitioners to offer specialized groups, including peer support for first responders and public safety personnel, as well as groups focused on managing trauma-related symptoms and emotional regulation difficulties. These groups create a safe, supportive environment where participants can gain insight, develop coping tools, and feel less alone in their journey. Whether you're looking for practical strategies or simply a space to connect, group counseling can be a valuable step toward healing and building resilience.
Organizations thrive when their people feel supported, understood, and empowered. Through customized consultation and public engagement services, Trevor offers a range of options designed to support mental health and well-being within workplace and community settings. These services include psychoeducation on the benefits of counselling, reducing stigma, understanding mental health in the workplace, and increasing awareness of employer-provided supports. Whether you're looking to enhance team resilience, provide mental health training, or create a culture of openness and care, Trevor works collaboratively to tailor services to your organization’s unique goals and values. From presentations and wellness workshops to staff debriefings and leadership consultations, these engagements are designed to spark meaningful conversations, provide practical tools, and build healthier, more connected environments.
